The call for abstracts is open until 28 October 2013 for scientific as well as industry oriented presentations. Indeed this year a special call for industry-oriented abstracts was launched, in order to engage the growing biomass and bioenergy industry.<\/p>\n<p>A special committee coordinated by Kyriakos Maniatis DG ENER was established with the purpose of evaluating industry focused abstracts.<\/p>\n<p>As usual the program will be complemented by parallel events; an additional <a href=\"http:\/\/www.conference-biomass.com\/NEW-Call-for-Parallel-Events.2084.0.html#.UgIeoO-v_LI\" target=\"_blank\">call for proposals<\/a> is also open to suggest the topics for 4 thematic sessions and other workshops which will be selected by the Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.conference-biomass.com\/fileadmin\/DATA\/Documents_and_Pictures\/03_Conference_2014\/01-Home\/Announcement_2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">More<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 22nd edition of the European Biomass Conference and Exhibition will be held in Hamburg 23-26 June 2014.
